If you have leftover parathas,use them to make a sweet dish(churma) for breakfast.
Crush the parathas coarsely,heat ghee in a wok,Roast some chopped nuts like almonds cashew etc. and add the crushed parathas.fry for a few minutes,add some castor sugar and mix well.
Sprinkle dessicated coconut while serving.
