Learn to say no. Somtimes we burden ourselves with too many resposibilites. Obviously in the end everything gets messed up. Do not shy away from saying no. Volunteer for what is possible. Don’t feel guilty if your husband or mom in law is helping you.

If you have tea stains on crockery don’t worry. Just rub some table salt on the stain and leave it for a few minutes. Rub some more salt and wash with plain water. Stains will be a history.
