Start eating healthy, walk more, use the stairs to train, and do simple lunges and squats in your living room. Many people recommend not using a cardio machine as it does not really help a lot compared to walking. And women don’t have to be trendy when working out; they just need the right information. Most importantly people have to stop planning to exercise as if it is out of the ordinary. Just make it a part of your routine and let it be a part of your life.
