To make the curd rice tastier,add a few drops of vinegar to it.
Rice will be nicely separated and will taste better.

Another way is to add milk but this tip cannot use with everything and can only be used according to the dish you are cooking, like adding milk to a thick soup or Butter gravy, will add more taste and remove the excess salt as well.
