    Tips for staying awake late at night

    Though it is preferable to sleep early, but sometimes situations demands us to staying awake late at night. The most effective way is to have black coffee, which is powerful than tea or normal coffee. Frequent walks of 30 seconds are a good way to combat dozing off. Drinking plenty of water in regular intervals and taking deep breathes helps to feel fresh. Sprinkling water on the face always gives a soothe feeling which is required to stay awake late.
