    Unbalanced dietary habits & consumption of fats leads to a lot of coronary diseases. Regular exercise & a balanced diet with no or less consumption of fats like whole milk products, non-veg which add to the body cholesterol should help in controlling heart diseases.
    Your meals should include low fat milk products, which are rich in carbohydrates & fibre like soyabean, cereals, dal, chapattis, vegetables, fruits, oils like sunflower, soyabean, olive, mustard or sesame instead of coconut oil, ghee or vanaspati. Also the intake of ginger, garlic & lime should be included in daily diets to control chest pains.

    2 anjeers (figs) daily help in increasing the blood levels. Take 2 pieces of anjeer, cut into 2 pieces & soak it in a glass of water overnight. Take these water soaked anjeers early morning along with the same water.

    You can now treat piles at home as well. Take mint juice + lime juice + honey, mix it well & take in equal quantities for 3 times a day for 5 days. This will help get rid of piles.
    Also turmeric powder mixed with buttermilk if taken can cure piles.

    2 tsp of fenugreek seeds (methi) powdered taken daily in milk or swallowed whole help controlling diabetes. Fenugreek seeds can also be soaked in water overnight & the water can be taken in the morning.

    Chewing & eating half a spoon of cumin seeds (jeera) before eating food helps in digesting the food well.
    Also a tsp of cinnamon (dalchini) water taken an hour before eating food helps in relieving of indigestion.

    Apple & cucumber are very beneficial in various ways. They act as good cleansers for the skin & also as antioxidant for the body.
    Prepare a face mask with a mixture of apple + cucumber + lime juice + egg white + lime essential oil. Apply this mask on the face & neck & leave it for 15 – 20 mins. Then wash it off with lukewarm water & tap your face with a soft towel to give you a smooth & refreshing skin.

    The best home remedy for running nose is to take the mixture of onion juice and honey down the throat. Take this doze after every hour. A doze of 2 -3 spoons shall check your running nose. Skanky! But great in affect. Also try this in throat infections.

    Mouth ulcers are a common problem. If you have mouth ulcers it is sure that you got constipation. Drink lots of water and include fiber in your food. There is a simple home remedy found very effective to cure mouth ulcers. Boil some small onion along with milk. Boil till onion is well cooked. Drink this along with milk. Have this two or three times a day for two days. Your mouth ulcer will disappear and won’t be back for some months.
